Woodhouse Estonia organizes the “Prefab House of the Year” competition every year, with the aim of recognizing wooden houses manufactured in factory conditions by Estonian companies. Nordic Render is a member of the Estonian Wooden Houses Association and has been supporting the aforementioned competition for the sixth year.
This year’s Nordic Render Special Award was won by EstNor OÜ, which built the Elektrilevi Training Center in Kiili municipality. The project stood out due to its stylish and functional modular house solution.
